Most of our photography is listing work. A typical home takes one to two hours on site, and nothing is handed over straight off the card.

• Bracketed exposures in every room, blended so the room and the view through the window both hold detail.
• One consistent color pass across the set, with lens corrections and straight verticals, so the gallery reads as one house on one day.
• Full resolution files and MLS ready sizes in the same folder, with every finished photo delivered rather than a selection held back.
• Occupied homes are fine. We work room to room, so anyone at home can move into a space we have already finished.

Aerial, twilight, and plans

Drone, twilight, and floor plans

Drone is included from Photos + Air, $495 per listing, a 2D floor plan from Photos + Floor Plan, $395, and twilight comes with Signature.

• Aerials show what the ground cannot: the lot, the roofline, the tree line, and how close the water sits to the house.
• Every flight is flown by an FAA Part 107 certified remote pilot. We check the airspace and the forecast before the day, so you hear up front if a location cannot be flown.
• Twilight is a short exterior session at dusk with every light on, shot as a separate visit at the end of the day, weather permitting.
• The floor plan is branded, with room dimensions and a gross living area summary, and is scanned on the same visit as the photos.

Local business

Photography for local businesses

For restaurants, salons, contractors, shops, and offices, photography comes as part of a monthly content partnership, shot on the same content day as the video. Partnerships run $1,500 to $4,000 per month, with a six-month minimum term.

• The space, the team, the product, and the work, shot at your place or at our studio on Lake Avenue.
• Static and carousel posts alongside the video, 3 to 4 a month on Partner+.
• Everything edited, formatted for each platform, and delivered to a shared folder with captions, ready for you to post.
