Corporate events and conferences
Corporate event and conference video on Long Island
Quick answer
Core Media Co., a photography and video studio at 523 Lake Avenue in Saint James, NY, films corporate events and conferences across Long Island: speaker clips cut for social, sponsor deliverables, and a recap of the room, planned from your run of show. Packages run $495 to $1,500 on a 3 hour base, with extra hours on any package. Releases are planned with you before the doors open.
Updated
A conference or a company event produces more usable content in one day than most businesses make in a month: every speaker is a clip, every sponsor needs proof they were there, and the room itself is the recap. We plan coverage from your run of show, film the stage, the breakouts, the sponsors, and the moments between sessions, and deliver raw footage or finished pieces in one shared folder.
This page is the corporate side of our event coverage. The packages, booking, and what you get afterward are the same as on our event videographer page; what changes is the plan: which speakers to clip, which sponsors are owed what, and how releases are handled before anyone walks in.

The booth, the logo on stage, and a short piece per sponsor, planned from what each was promised.
Short interviews
Attendees or leaders on one question, filmed between sessions with a signed release.

How we cover a corporate event
Planned around the program, so the camera never becomes part of it.
- Coverage is planned from your run of show, with the must-have moments agreed in advance.
- Releases are planned with you: signage and a release at check-in, and a signed release from each speaker and featured guest.
- Anyone who opts out at check-in is kept out of every finished piece.
- Speaker slides belong to the speaker or their company; they appear in a clip only with the speaker's OK.
- Confidential sessions and anything marked off the record are not filmed.
- We work with the venue's AV team for clean audio and stay out of sightlines.

Rules
Rules that shape corporate event content
Releases, drones, and music.
Releases from the people in the recap
New York's Civil Rights Law section 50 makes it a misdemeanor to use a living person's name, portrait, picture, likeness, or voice for advertising or trade without their written consent, or a parent's for a minor, and section 51 lets that person sue to stop the use and recover damages. A recap that promotes your next event is advertising, so we plan releases with you: signage and a release at check-in, speakers and featured guests signed before they are featured, and anyone who opts out kept out.
No drone flights over the crowd
Under 14 CFR 107.39, a small drone may not fly over a person unless that person is directly participating in the flight, is under a covered structure or inside a stationary vehicle, or the operation meets one of the operational categories in subpart D. Attendees on a lawn or a street are none of the first two, so aerials are flown beside the crowd or before it arrives. Every drone flight is flown by an FAA Part 107 certified remote pilot. Core Media Co. is fully insured, and the coverage includes drone work.
The DJ's music is not the recap's music
Meta's Music Guidelines say that using music for commercial or non-personal purposes is prohibited unless you have the appropriate licenses. A band or DJ playing at the venue does not license that song for your recap, so the recap is cut to music licensed for it, and live sound is kept to speeches and the room.

Questions
Questions event organizers ask us
- Who films corporate events and conferences on Long Island?
- Core Media Co., a photography and video studio at 523 Lake Avenue in Saint James, NY. We cover conferences, company events, and seminars across Suffolk and Nassau County, from speaker clips to sponsor pieces and a hero recap. Packages run $495 to $1,500 on a 3 hour base.
- How much does it cost to film a corporate event?
- Every package is built on 3 hours of coverage. Basic is $495 for the raw footage, Standard is $795 for a hero recap of roughly 60 seconds and one bonus reel, and Premium is $1,500 for a hero recap and five to six bonus reels. Coverage beyond 3 hours is $100 per hour on any tier. A signed agreement comes before anything is booked.
- Can you cut a clip for each speaker?
- Yes. Speaker clips are the most useful thing a conference produces after the event. Premium includes five to six bonus reels, which usually covers the main speakers, and each speaker signs a release before their clip goes out.
- How do you handle releases at a conference?
- We plan them with you before the day: signage at the entrance, a release at check-in, and a signed release from each speaker and anyone featured. Anyone who opts out is kept out of every finished piece.
- How fast do we get the recap?
- We confirm delivery timing when you book, based on the package and the date. If you want a recap out while people are still talking about the event, tell us on the call and we plan the edit around it. Everything arrives in one shared folder, and you own the finished work.
- Do you post to our accounts or run our ads?
- No. We make the content and hand it over ready to post: the finished files and their captions, cut for each platform, in a shared folder. You post them, or pass them to whoever runs your accounts. We do not post, boost posts, or run ads, and we do not promise follower numbers.
