Core Media Co., a video production studio in Saint James, NY, covers events across Long Island: broker events, office gatherings, openings, launches, and community events. Every package is built on 3 hours of coverage. Basic is $495 for the raw footage, Standard is $795 for a hero recap of roughly 60 seconds and one bonus reel, and Premium is $1,500 for a hero recap and five to six bonus reels. Coverage beyond 3 hours is $100 per hour on any tier. Everything is delivered in one shared folder, and you own all of it.

- A short edit of roughly 60 seconds that carries the feel of the whole event: the room, the people, the speakers, and the moments worth keeping. It is the piece you post the next day. Bonus reels are shorter cuts built around single moments, which keep the event in front of people over the following weeks.
- How many hours of event coverage do I need?
- Every package includes 3 hours of coverage. If you want arrivals and setup as well as the program, or the event runs long, add hours. Coverage beyond 3 hours is $100 per hour on any tier. We work it out from your run of show on the call.
- Can I get the raw footage from my event?
- Yes. Basic is built around it: 3 hours of coverage with the raw footage delivered. Standard and Premium are built around finished pieces, a hero recap and bonus reels. Whatever the package, you own everything we produce.
- Do you cover events in Nassau County and New York City?
- Yes. We are based in Saint James and cover events across Suffolk and Nassau County regularly, plus New York City when a project calls for it. Tell us the venue on the call and we will confirm.
