How a shoot works, from inquiry to delivery

Send an inquiry and we reply within one business day, usually sooner. If it is a fit, we send an agreement and pick a date, and nothing is scheduled before the agreement is signed. Before the day we confirm access and what matters most. We shoot, edit everything, and deliver to one shared folder. You own the finished work.

The steps, in order

  1. Send an inquiry

    Use the contact form. Tell us what you need: the listing, the event date and venue, or how often you want content. We reply within one business day, usually sooner.

  2. Agreement and date

    If it is a fit, we send an agreement and pick a date. Signed agreement before every job, no exceptions. On a monthly plan, the minimum term is written into that agreement.

  3. Prep

    For a listing, we send a short prep note and confirm how we get in: a lockbox code, a gate code, or who is meeting us. For an event, we agree the moments that matter before the day: arrivals, speakers, the room, and anyone who needs to be on camera.

  4. Shoot day

    Most homes take about one to two hours on site, room by room in a set order. Event coverage is three hours on site on every package, with hours added if the event runs longer. For business content we come to you with the full setup, or you can use our studio in Saint James.

  5. The edit

    Nothing is handed over straight off the card. Photos are blended, color matched, and cleaned up. Video is cut to music, graded, and captioned where captions help. One round of revisions is included on every listing package.

  6. Delivery

    Everything lands in one shared folder you can forward to anyone. Full Package delivered within 48 hours. You own the finished work, with no usage restrictions.

Questions about booking a shoot

How fast do you reply to an inquiry?
Within one business day, usually sooner. A short confirmation also goes to your inbox as soon as the form is sent.
Do I sign anything before the shoot?
Yes. If the job is a fit, we send an agreement before anything is scheduled. Signed agreement before every job, no exceptions. On the monthly plans, the minimum term is stated in that agreement.
How long does a shoot take?

Do I need to be at the listing shoot?
No. Plenty of agents send a lockbox code and get the folder when it is ready. It helps to be there for the first shoot we do together, so we learn how you like your listings covered.
Can you come to our office?
Yes. We are mobile and we bring the full setup. You can also use our studio in Saint James, whichever is easier.
How fast is turnaround?
Monthly partnership content: 5 business days on Partner, 3 on Partner+, 48 hours on Flagship. Listing media: Full Package delivered within 48 hours.
Are revisions included?
One round of revisions is included on every listing package, and on the AI listing video, where you see the cut before it is final.
Who owns the content?
You own the finished work once it is paid for, with no usage restrictions.
