How many hours of event coverage do I need?

Every package includes 3 hours. If you want arrivals and setup as well as the program, or the event runs long, add hours: coverage beyond 3 hours is $100 per hour on any tier. We work it out from your run of show on the call.

Can I get the raw footage from my event?

Yes. Basic is built around it: 3 hours of coverage with the raw footage delivered. Standard and Premium are built around finished pieces, a hero recap and bonus reels. Whatever the package, you own the finished work, with no usage restrictions.

Do you film events outside Suffolk County?

Yes. We cover events across Nassau County regularly and in New York City when a project calls for it. Tell us the venue on the call and we will confirm the day.

Is event coverage part of a business partnership?

It is included on Flagship and available as an add-on on Partner and Partner+. Partnerships run $1,500 to $4,000 per month, with a six-month minimum term, then month to month.
