Real estate photography and video in Nassau County
Core Media Co. is a video production studio at 523 Lake Avenue in Saint James, in Suffolk County, and we work across Nassau County regularly: professional photography, 2D floor plans, aerials, and listing video for agents and teams, along with monthly plans, event coverage, and AI listing video, at the same packages and prices as in Suffolk.
Nassau's coastline splits the way Suffolk's does. The north shore is a run of harbors and necks along the Sound, Manhasset Bay, Hempstead Harbor, and Oyster Bay Harbor among them, where an aerial usually shows the water and how the lot sits above or beside it. The south shore faces Long Island's barrier beach system instead, with bays and canals behind the barrier islands, so a waterfront listing there is more often a canal or a bay view than a bluff. Airspace near JFK and Republic Airport can also limit when and where a drone can fly in parts of the county.
Nassau's housing stock runs denser than Suffolk's in a lot of places, with tighter lots around village and hamlet centers and more apartment and co-op buildings than the county has farther east. Those listings tend to run as interior-only shoots, where a 2D floor plan and clean interior work carry the listing instead of the grounds.

- Is Core Media Co. based in Nassau County?
- No, the studio is at 523 Lake Avenue in Saint James, over the county line in Suffolk. We work across Nassau regularly, and for the towns closest to the Suffolk border the drive is short. Farther west is still well within reach for a booked shoot.
- Can you fly a drone for a listing near JFK or Republic Airport?
- Sometimes. Parts of Nassau sit inside airspace shaped by JFK and Republic Airport, which can limit when and where a drone can fly, and a few spots cannot be flown at all. We check before the shoot and tell you up front if a location is affected.
- Do you shoot apartments and co-ops in Nassau County?
- Yes, on the same packages as a house. Nassau has more apartment and co-op buildings than Suffolk does, and those listings usually run as interior-only shoots, where a 2D floor plan does most of the work of explaining the layout. Floor plans are included on the Photos + Floor Plan package and every package above it.
- Is the monthly plan available to agents working Nassau County?
- Yes, on the same terms as Suffolk. Agent Monthly covers up to 2 listings per month at the Full Package, with Producer Monthly and Team Monthly above it for a higher cap, and every plan has a 3-month minimum.
