It is priced per listing in five packages. Photos is $350, Photos + Floor Plan is $395, Photos + Air is $495, the Full Package with a listing video is $695, and Signature is $1,250, which adds twilight, a full property tour, and social clips. The price is the same in every town we work in, across Suffolk and Nassau County.

Process
How it works
Book the shoot
Book a 20-minute call or send the listing through the contact form. We confirm the package, the date, and how we get in, and send an agreement before anything is scheduled.
Prep the house
We send a short prep note before the day. The time a ready house saves on site goes into the frames instead of into tidying.
The shoot
Most homes take about one to two hours on site. Twilight, on the Signature package, is a second visit at the end of the day for a narrow window of light.
Delivery
Photos, floor plan, aerials, and video land in one shared folder you can forward to anyone. One round of revisions is included on every package.

- We do, from Photos + Air upward, which is $495 per listing, and on every package above it. We fly when the weather, the airspace, and local rules allow it, and we tell you up front when a day is not flyable. Drone earns its place when the lot, the roofline, the tree line, or the water is part of what you are selling.
- Who owns the listing photos and video after the shoot?
- You do, once the job is paid for. You own everything we produce, forever, with no license fees and no usage restrictions, so the photos and video can go wherever you want to use them.
- Do you shoot listings in Nassau County as well as Suffolk?
- Yes. We are based at 523 Lake Avenue in Saint James and work across Suffolk County and Nassau County, plus New York City when a project calls for it. Pricing is per listing and does not change by town.
