Default is content about your own firm and brand, which is standard vendor work at fair market value. If you want joint content with a referral partner, we invoice each party its proportionate share, itemized, so your counsel has a clean paper trail. We do not give legal advice, we just make the paperwork easy to approve.
You own the finished work once it is paid for, with no usage restrictions.
On the monthly plans it converts into a studio session for your personal brand, so a month is never wasted. The listing caps are 2 on Agent Monthly, 4 on Producer Monthly, and 8 on Team Monthly. On business partnerships we build the calendar in advance, so this does not come up.
