The brief
Team Rivera is a real estate team at Keller Williams Points North, led by Steven Rivera. Each listing needs the same thing: photos and drone that show the house and the land, floor plans buyers can read, and a short video the team can post the day the listing goes live.
The shoot
The North Shore estate was shot in October 2026: interiors room by room, drone over the house, the water, and the beach, and measurements for a floor plan of every level. For the Wading River home we filmed Steven presenting at the front of the house, then walked the rooms, the kitchen, and the yard.
The delivery
The estate photos and floor plans were delivered as a numbered MLS set. The Wading River listing video was delivered as a finished vertical cut with captions and the team's contact card at the end.
