About Core Media Co.
Core Media Co. is a video production studio at 523 Lake Avenue in Saint James, New York. It was founded by Chase Mongelli and opened in January 2026.
We make listing media for real estate agents and teams, monthly content for agents, title agencies, lenders, and local businesses, event coverage, and AI video that is always labeled as AI. We work across Long Island, in Suffolk County and Nassau County, and in New York City when a project calls for it.

What we make
Listing Media
Photos, floor plans, aerials, and cinematic video for every listing. Five packages, one shared delivery folder, ready for MLS and social.
Monthly Content
A monthly content day for agents and teams. Listings covered up to your cap, and a studio session for your personal brand in any month without one.
Business Partnerships
Monthly content for title agencies, lenders, and local businesses, structured so your counsel can approve it quickly. Content about your firm by default, itemized co-marketing on request.
Event Coverage
Coverage of your event with a hero recap and bonus reels, so the momentum carries into the following week.
AI Video
Cinematic AI video built from listing photos or brand assets when a shoot is not practical. Always labeled as AI and never presented as a real property.

How we work
A signed agreement on every job
One listing or a six-month partnership, the work starts with a signed agreement. No exceptions.
You own everything we produce
Once it is paid for, the photos, the video, and the files are yours, forever, with no license fees and no usage restrictions.
One shared delivery folder
Everything from a job arrives in a single folder you can forward to your broker, your team, or your office. Nothing is held back in a portal.
A monthly rhythm for partners
Partners get the same content day each month, a content calendar planned in advance, and a short check-in on what performed.

Where we are
The studio is on Lake Avenue in Saint James, on the north shore of Suffolk County. It is where studio sessions on the monthly plans happen and where business partners can shoot a content day, and you are welcome to see it before you book anything.
