What we film
The video is shot on the same visit as the photos, so there is one appointment to arrange rather than two. Most homes take one to two hours on site.
- Smooth motion through the main rooms, in the order a buyer would walk them, so the flow of the house reads.
- What a still cannot carry: light moving through a room, the view opening up from a window, the approach up the drive.
- Aerial footage of the house, the lot, and the setting, flown by an FAA Part 107 certified remote pilot when the weather, the airspace, and local rules allow it.
- At Signature, twilight exteriors on a second, short visit at dusk.

- Cut to music and graded to match the stills, so the video and the gallery look like the same house on the same day.
