Listing video

Listing video comes with the Full Package, $695 per listing, alongside the professional photos, a 2D floor plan, and drone. Signature, at $1,250, adds twilight, a full property tour of roughly ten minutes, and social clips pulled from the tour.

  • Motion coverage of the same rooms we photograph, plus what a still frame cannot carry: how one room opens into the next, the light through the windows, and the approach to the house.
  • Aerial footage cut into the video, flown by an FAA Part 107 certified remote pilot when the weather, the airspace, and local rules allow it.
  • Cut to music and graded to match the stills, then delivered as a horizontal master with vertical cuts for Reels and Shorts.
  • For the times a shoot is not practical, an AI listing video built from your existing photos, $495 per listing. It is always labeled as AI and never presented as a real property.

Events

Event video

Event coverage is built on 3 hours on site. We film the room, the speakers, and the moments in between, then deliver the raw footage or finished pieces cut for social.

  • Broker events, office gatherings, openings, launches, client seminars, and community events.
  • A hero recap of roughly 60 seconds on Standard and Premium, the piece you post the next day.
  • Bonus reels built around single moments, which keep the event in front of people over the following weeks.
  • Longer events are covered by the hour: coverage beyond 3 hours is $100 per hour on any tier.

Local business

Monthly video for local businesses

For restaurants, salons, contractors, gyms, shops, offices, title agencies, and lenders, we film a content day each month at your place or at our studio, then hand over finished video with captions, ready for you to post.

  • Half a day on site, planned from a monthly content calendar, so every piece is decided before the camera comes out.
  • Short form video for Reels, TikTok, and Shorts, and on Partner+ a long form video of 5 to 10 minutes each month.
  • Work for title agencies and lenders is about your own firm by default, structured so your counsel can review it quickly.
  • We make the video and hand it over. You, or whoever runs your accounts, do the posting.
