How much does real estate video cost on Long Island?
A listing video on Long Island is $695 in our Full Package, which also covers the professional photos, the 2D floor plan, and the drone, and $1,250 at Signature, which adds twilight, a full property tour of roughly ten minutes, and social clips cut from that tour. If a shoot is not practical, an AI listing video built from your existing photos is $495, and photos on their own are $350 per listing.
The variables
What drives the price
Five things move a listing from one package to the next. Everything is priced per listing rather than per town, so where the house sits on Long Island is not one of them.
Square footage and room count
A bigger house means more setups, more frames, and more time on site. Time on site is the input everything else sits on top of, and it is usually what decides whether a listing needs the Full Package or the Signature package.
Aerials
Drone is included from Photos + Air upward. It earns its place when the lot, the roofline, the tree line, or the water is part of what you are selling, because none of that reads from the ground. Weather and airspace decide when we can fly.
Twilight
Twilight is a second visit at the end of the day for a narrow window of light. It sits on the Signature package because it is a separate trip and a separate lighting setup, not an extra ten minutes.
Floor plan
The 2D floor plan comes from a scan of the whole house on the same visit. It adds time on the day rather than another trip, which is why it moves the price less than the other options do.
Video length
A short listing video and a full property tour of roughly ten minutes are different jobs. The tour needs more coverage on the day and considerably more editing, and it is what the social clips get cut from.

Two or more listings a month
How monthly plans change the math
If you list twice a month or more, booking each shoot one at a time stops making sense. The monthly plans cover a set number of listings, every one of them at the Full Package, so the photos, floor plan, drone, and video are already decided before the listing comes in.
A month with no listings is not lost. It converts into a studio session for your personal brand. Monthly plans carry a 3-month minimum, and listings past your cap are billed at your tier rate.

- Is a listing video worth it for a $600,000 home on Long Island?
- That depends on the home, and we will say so on the call if we think photos and a floor plan are enough. Video tends to carry its weight when a still photo cannot do the job: a property where the lot, the flow between rooms, the view, or an unusual layout is the reason a buyer would want it. It is also worth knowing that you are not buying video on its own at this level. The Full Package is $695 and includes the photos, the 2D floor plan, the drone, and the listing video, so the video is the last piece of a full marketing set rather than a separate line item. We do not publish performance claims about what video does to a sale.
- How long does a listing shoot take?
- Most homes take about one to two hours on site. What moves it is square footage, how many rooms there are, how ready the house is when we arrive, and whether we are adding a floor plan scan, drone, or twilight. Twilight means coming back at the end of the day for a narrow window of light, so that listing is two visits rather than one. We confirm the window when we schedule.
- Do you shoot in Nassau County?
- Yes. We are based at 523 Lake Avenue in Saint James and work across Suffolk County and Nassau County, plus New York City when a project calls for it. Pricing is per listing and does not change by town.
- Can I get photos without video?
- Yes, and most listings start there. Photos are $350 per listing, photos with a 2D floor plan are $395, and photos with a floor plan and drone are $495. Video enters at the Full Package, which is $695.
- What do I get after the shoot?
- One shared folder with the full resolution photos, MLS ready sizes, the 2D floor plan if it is in your package, the aerials, the listing video, and vertical cuts for social. One round of revisions is included on every package, and you own everything we produce, forever, with no license or usage restrictions.
