Hauppauge, NY
Social media content for Hauppauge businesses, from the shop floor to the front office.
Quick answer
Core Media Co., a photography and video studio at 523 Lake Avenue in Saint James, makes monthly social media content for Hauppauge businesses: manufacturers, distributors, trades, and offices in the Long Island Innovation Park and along Veterans Memorial Highway. We film at your plant or office and hand over finished Reels, photos, and video, ready to post. Plans run $1,500 to $4,000 per month with a six-month minimum.
Updated
Hauppauge is a short drive southwest of our studio on Lake Avenue in Saint James, and most of its businesses are not the kind people picture on Instagram. A machine shop, a distribution floor, an engineering firm, or a professional office has no storefront to photograph. What it has is people who are good at their work and a process worth watching, and that is what we film.
Each month we plan the pieces with you, film them in one or two content days, and hand over finished short form video, photos, and carousel posts, captioned and cut for each platform you name. For a business that sells to other businesses, the same pieces work on LinkedIn, on your website, and in recruiting as well as on Instagram. You post them, or hand them to whoever runs your accounts, and you own the finished work.
Hauppauge
The industrial park, the county offices, and the roads between them
Hauppauge is a hamlet in two towns, Smithtown and Islip. Its business center is the Long Island Innovation Park at Hauppauge, formerly the Hauppauge Industrial Park. A 2014 Suffolk County Planning Commission staff report described it as an approximately 1,400 acre complex of warehouse, manufacturing, and office uses, north of Motor Parkway and the Long Island Expressway and south and east of the Northern State Parkway, continuing into Islip. HIA-LI, the business association for the park, counts about 1,350 companies there, in fields from aerospace and biopharma to construction, distribution, and food processing.
Veterans Memorial Highway is the other half of the picture. Suffolk County's H. Lee Dennison Building, home of the County Executive's office, and the Perry B. Duryea Jr. State Office Building both sit on it, and many of the county's government offices are in Hauppauge even though Riverhead is the county seat. Route 347 runs together with Veterans Memorial Highway through the hamlet, and the Northern State Parkway ends here. It is a business district built around loading docks, parking lots, and office lobbies rather than sidewalks, so the content that works is the work itself and the people doing it.
Who it is for
Businesses in the park and along Veterans Memorial Highway
For companies whose next customer, or next hire, looks them up online before calling, and for the trades and offices that work alongside them.
Manufacturers and machine shops
Machines running, parts coming off the line, and the people who check them, filmed under your safety rules with anything proprietary kept out of frame.
Distribution and warehousing
The floor, the dock, and the pace of a shipping day, filmed around your pickups so no truck waits on a camera.
Engineering, tech, and lab companies
What you build or test, explained by the people who do it, in a minute a buyer outside your field can follow.
Contractors and trades
Electrical, HVAC, plumbing, and construction companies based in the park, filmed back at the shop and out on the job.
Professional offices
Accounting, law, insurance, and other offices along Veterans Memorial Highway, filmed at your office or at our studio.
Companies that are hiring
A day in the job and introductions to the team, for roles that are hard to fill from a job post alone.
Title agencies and lenders have their own pages, with notes on how the work is structured: title agencies and mortgage lenders.
On the day
Filming at a plant, a warehouse, or an office in Hauppauge
A Hauppauge content day almost always happens on private property, yours, so the planning is about access, safety, and timing.
Your floor, your rules
We follow the safety rules you set: the protective gear you require, the lines we stay behind, and the areas that are off limits. Customer names, drawings, screens, and anything under a nondisclosure agreement stay out of frame, and anyone on camera signs a release first.
Landlords and shared space
Inside your own space, you decide what we film. If you lease, we check whether the landlord or property manager wants notice before we film a shared lobby, the building exterior, or the parking lot.
Shifts, trucks, and noise
We schedule around your shifts and deliveries. A floor running at its normal pace makes better footage than an empty one, and interviews go in a quiet room or a quiet hour, away from compressors and forklifts.
Public property is a separate question
Filming on county or state property needs its own permit, and the Suffolk County Film Commission asks for the paperwork 5 business days ahead, with insurance. Veterans Memorial Highway is a state highway, and the state requires a permit when filming affects its traffic. A content day at your business rarely touches either, and we tell you before the day if a shot would.
A content month
What a month of content looks like

What Our Clients Say
From our Google reviews.
"Chase is a talented photographer with an excellent eye for perfection. As a professional business owner he takes a great deal of pride with scheduling and following up and always goes the extra mile. We highly recommend Core Media for all you photography needs!"
Andre LaBarbera
"This was my first project with Core Media. As a realtor I always have videos of my listings but on this very special new construction, I need something truly different and special. Core Media took my photos and made a video come to life showing real people in all different rooms. This gave me a new way to showcase the home and really portray what it looks like to live there. Realistic plus many creative twists, made this video a show stopper. I highly recommend them."
Monique J Serena
Realtor
"If you need photos or video content, Core Media is your go to! Chase was amazing. This was my first time creating a video for one of my luxury listings, and he made the entire process so easy. He handled everything from the content and music to providing scripts for me to choose from and made me feel completely at ease in front of the camera. The video came out perfect, and I received so many compliments!"

Questions
Questions Hauppauge businesses ask us
- Who makes social media content for businesses in Hauppauge, NY?
- Core Media Co., a photography and video studio at 523 Lake Avenue in Saint James. We film manufacturers, distributors, trades, and professional offices in the Long Island Innovation Park and along Veterans Memorial Highway, and hand over a month of finished Reels, photos, and video, ready to post. Plans run $1,500 to $4,000 per month with a six-month minimum.
- Can you film inside a manufacturing plant or warehouse?
- Yes. We work under your safety rules and wear the gear you require, keep proprietary processes, customer names, and drawings out of frame, and get a signed release from anyone on camera. Tell us on the discovery call what cannot be shown, and the content calendar is built around it before the day.
- Do the videos work on LinkedIn and our website too?
- Yes. Every piece is cut for each platform you name, so a process Reel can go out as a vertical video on Instagram and as a horizontal cut for LinkedIn or your website. On Partner+, the long form video of 5 to 10 minutes is made for your website and YouTube. We hand over the cuts; posting them is yours.
- How much does monthly content cost for a Hauppauge business?
- Partner is $1,500, Partner+ is $2,750, and Flagship is $4,000 per month, each with a six-month minimum term, then month to month. Partner is 1 content day and 4 to 6 finished pieces a month. Partner+ is 2 content days, 1 long form video of 5 to 10 minutes, 10 short form pieces, and 3 to 4 static or carousel posts. Flagship is a weekly presence with 16+ pieces and event coverage included. A business in Hauppauge pays the same tiers as a business next door to the studio.
- Do you post to our Instagram for us?
- No. We make the content and hand it over ready to post: the finished files and their captions, formatted for each platform, in a shared folder. You post them, or pass them to whoever runs your account. Posting stays with you.
