How a shoot day at your business works

  1. Discovery call, 20 minutes

    We ask about your goals, your customers, and what you want to be known for. No filming yet.

  2. Content plan, one week

    You get a month-one calendar with concepts and formats before anyone points a camera, so you know which pieces are Reels and which are posts.

  3. Content day at your place

    Half a day at your shop, restaurant, salon, or office, or at our studio on Lake Avenue. We bring the full setup and batch the month's pieces in one visit.

  4. Delivery, ready to post

    Finished pieces in your shared folder, edited, formatted for each platform, and handed over with captions. You post them.

  5. Monthly rhythm

    Same day each month, plus a short check-in on what performed.

Will you come to our business in Saint James to film?
Yes. Content days happen at your shop, restaurant, salon, or office, or at our studio at 523 Lake Avenue if that is easier. We are mobile and bring the full setup, and Saint James is the shortest drive we make. A content day is usually half a day, and we batch the month's pieces in that one visit.
How many Instagram Reels do we get each month?
It depends on the tier. Partner is 4 to 6 finished pieces a month from 1 content day. Partner+ is 10 short form pieces, 3 to 4 static or carousel posts, and 1 long form video of 5 to 10 minutes a month, from 2 content days. Flagship is 16+ finished pieces a month with a weekly presence. The content calendar sets which pieces are Reels before anything is filmed.
Do we get the raw files?
You get the finished work: every piece edited, captioned, and cut for each platform, in a shared folder, and you own it once it is paid for, with no usage restrictions. Raw and unused footage and project files stay with us unless your agreement says otherwise. If you want them, we can write that into the agreement, usually for an additional fee.
Do you post to our Instagram for us?
No. We make the content and hand it over ready to post: the finished files and their captions, formatted for each platform, in a shared folder. You post them, or pass them to whoever runs your account. Posting stays with you.
How fast do we get the finished content?
5 business days on Partner, 3 on Partner+, and 48 hours on Flagship. Before the first shoot, the content plan takes one week, so you see a month-one calendar before anyone points a camera.
Do you work with businesses outside Saint James?
Yes. Saint James is home, and we work across Long Island: the rest of the Town of Smithtown, Suffolk County, and Nassau County regularly, plus New York City when a project calls for it. Where you are does not change the tiers or the price.
